Taking care of everything, from venue selection, negotiating and contracting each vendor, to making detailed timelines and floor plans. Christy and her team have got you covered! Everything is meticulously coordinated and we always have two-three planners on-site to ensure things are precisely as planned. Christy offers one of a kind planning experience for brides who have made the decision that a full-service planner is right for them. Keeping Swank Soiree boutique in nature Christy and her team only accept 5-7 clients each year. This allows her to be fully present with her clients, giving attention to detail each couple deserves.

Full Service Planning
- Client planning portal.
- Wedding planning process checklist with assigned task and planner follow-up.
- Customized wedding budget and ongoing tracking of payments.
- Wedding concept and design assistance.
- Selection of, contract review, and negotiation with the client’s vendor “dream team” including photographers, florists, bakeries, lighting professionals, bands, string quartets, etc.
- Vendor Liaison
- Complete RSVP service for invitations which includes mailing and guest response tracking.
- Floor-plan, layout, and seating assistance.
- Wedding weekend timelines.
- Lodging and room block location and booking.
- Unlimited staff hours on the wedding day.
- Unlimited meetings during the planning process.
- Two or three staff members on the wedding day, depending on the complexity and size of the event.

To top it off, our wedding took place in Houston, and, although she is a Dallas-based planner, it felt like she ran the city of Houston and found the best vendors in our area. Christy (and her assistants) are prepared for IT ALL. True story, one of the straps broke (completely detached) on my wedding gown as I was starting to sit down in my seat and Christy literally hid behind my chair (DURING MY PARENTS’ TOASTS) and sewed that sucker back together in 3 minutes and it was never an issue again. My MOH was sitting directly to my left and goes “I don’t even want to begin to imagine how tonight would have gone if it wasn’t for your amazing wedding planner.
