Wedding Planning Tips | Invitations + Guests Responses

April 29, 2019

When you’re in the final stretch of planning, the very last thing you want to deal with is guests who sent in an RSVP card and didn’t properly fill in their name. You know, those relatives who mark “attending” and don’t fill in the namespace? Drives you crazy right, like it’s great that your’e coming but, WHO are you!

Well, we have your fix! A little trick we have all of our brides do is to use either an invisible or visible ink pen and in the lower lefthand corner of each RSVP card write the number that corresponds to the invited guest on your excel sheet. This way when your aunt Irene sends in her card with a “yes” on it, you can flip it over and just look for the guest number. Let’s say she is listed as 10 ding, ding, ding, ding, it’s aunt Irene
